• We are a family-run lodging located in the town centre.

• Offering ROOM ONLY with a wide variety of rooms with ensuite and/or shared co-ed bathroom. Plenty of cafés and restaurants within seconds walk from us.

• Free WIFI

• Free secure bike storage.

• Check-in time is between 5pm-7pm.

• Check-out time is 10am.

• Bed linen and 1 hand towel per person is provided.

• No laundry/drying facilities so please organise to do this in another location.

• We have a strictly no alcohol policy onsite.

Booking terms & conditions:

In the event of cancellation or no show, the following charges will apply:

• 1st night’s accommodation is non-refundable (may be higher for special events).

• 72 hours or less before date of arrival 100%

• A charge of 5% applies to all card refunds.

Cost of repairs to property as a result of negligence, breakages, damages (soiling of bedding etc) or extra cleaning will be deducted from the credit card provided.
